Pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S10-S10 Plus don’t include Galaxy Buds as freebie anymore

Pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S10/S10 Plus don’t include Galaxy Buds as freebie anymore

Until now, Galaxy Buds were given as freebies to customers who pre-ordered either a Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10 Plus. However, it now seems like the Korean smartphone maker doesn’t have more stocks of its free earbuds remaining for the pre-orders.

Instead, Samsung is now offering an eCerificate worth $130 to those who pre-order either of the two S10 series phone. The certificate can be used to buy ‘select products’ via the official website of Samsung and also the Shop Samsung application. The company has not disclosed information regarding what these ‘select products’ are but one can assume that the $130 eCertificate could be used to buy accessories for the Galaxy S10 or S10 smartphones. Besides, if you still wish to own the wireless earbuds then you can also probably buy the Galaxy Buds once they are available for sale starting 8 March.

Well, this isn’t a surprising news as Samsung had states that the free wireless pair of earbuds would be available ‘while supplies last.’ This implies that the company had already allotted a specific number of its Galaxy Buds for the pre-orders of Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus, which eventually ran out.

On the other hand, the news does not affect the customers who are waiting to get their hands on the phone Galaxy S10e. The pre-orders of that smartphone didn’t include a free pair of Galaxy Buds which means that the $130 eCertificate wouldn’t be included in its new pre-orders as well.
